Diana Lizette Rodriguez is an experimental artist working with film, installation, poetry, performance, photography and painting. Currently on the road, the Mexicana artist from San Antonio, Texas explores all that is unstable, fleeting, beautiful, seen and unseen in through subtle stream-of-consciousness narratives.

Her chapbook, ALICIA A LICIA published through Sour Patch Press (run by Diana) is the best poetry we’ve seen from this decade, so it’s no surprise that she’s also an avid contributor of culturala. Her poem Pass is featured in the first issue on Disappearance, and her film Donde Cocinamos was streaming on culturala in winter 2023.

SENSATIONS

online workshop by Diana Lizette and Sofía Peypoch

21st-26th of August

🎓 Our workshops are a journey through shared and non-linear experiences with the body, paving the way for transformative research and exploration.

🌈 This time, we’ve prepared an immersive five-day intensive workshop that delves deeper into the conversation. Get ready to immerse yourself in profound exercises and reflections, stemming from our months of dedicated research and sensing.

💡 This is our most in-depth workshop yet, as we revisit our past work and contemplations through the lens of sensations, reframing our understanding of creativity.
